♦Discounts for seniors, students, educators, the disabled, and members of Face to Face, a non-profit working to combat the spread of HIV in Sonoma County. ♦We proudly participate in the Community Smart scrip program, benefiting local schools and non-profits. ♦We give qualifying schools, non-profits and other efforts of benefit to the community a cost + 10% discount on case orders. ♦We provide funding, sponsorship and in-kind donations to innumerable community organizations. The Three Causes Token Program We always like to find ways to get our community involved. One great way is with our Three Causes token program. Every quarter we choose three local groups: one for people, one for animals and one for the environment. Each group gets a box up front by the registers. Additionally, any cash donations added to the box will be included with our donation at the end of the quarter. With the Three Causes Token Program, not only does the environment benefit through a decreased demand for paper bags, but the whole community is given an opportunity to support worthwhile causes. Home Delivery at Community Market At Community Market, we feel organic food should be available to every member of our community. We also recognize that for some of our customers, getting out for shopping is just not possible. Accordingly, Community Market offers free home delivery to homebound shoppers in our community every Wednesday. Every time our customers reuse their bags or choose not to take one, they have the option to take a token and place it in one the three boxes. Whichever group they choose will receive a 5¢ donation per token –the amount we would have had to spend for each new bag.
