Leila-Anne Cavé - Board President
Leila Anne Cavé loves the Market infinitely!! She recently implemented the green light bodycare system and is passionate about finding and providing our community with the cleanest and greenest products around! Leila-Anne is currently the manager of our HaBA (Health Aid Beauty Aid) department.

Tess Herman - Vice President
Tess Herman began learning the ropes of the natural foods industry in Connecticut 5 years ago. Upon relocating to the Santa Rosa area, she soon fell in love with Community Market. After starting as a stocker and cashier, she swiftly moved into the buyer position where she now enjoys keeping Community Market supplied with fresh breads, convenient & delicious deli-case items, and tasty frozen treats. Yum.

Jessica Williams - Board Secretary
Jessica Williams has been a proud member of the SRCM team since July of 2006. She began working in the HaBA department as a stocker and cashier, and has since then worked in almost every department at SRCM. Jess currently serves on the Board of Directors as the Board Secretary, and is a devoted Front End Manager. Jess takes pride in ensuring that each and every customer she interacts with recieves exceptional customer service, and she does it with lots of smiles!

Mandy Reilly - Treasurer
Mandy Reilly started her journey towards the Board of Directors here at the Community Market in the front end as a cashier. 3 years later ( and a lot of blood, sweat and tears) she has worked her way into the Buyer position for our Grocery Department. As a Sonoma County native, she is devoted to supplying the community with the most delicious, nutritious, organic packaged food available.

Christopher Thurmond
Chris started working at the Market on June 18th 2007 and has been loved dearly by the staff ever since the very first day. He has a variety of interests preventing him from ever getting too knowledgeable about anything in particular. He periodically attends college, but only for personal fulfillment with no goal in mind. He's a minor authority on european secret societies and free masonism, and a noted skeptic. He's been a director for a little more than a year and half now.

Keith Lane
Keith Lane has been working at the Market for nearly 2 years. He works both as a Floor Manager in the Front End and as the Assistant to the Marketing Director. In his free time, Keith enjoys riding his bike and painting monsters.
