Derek Finn - President

Derek has been in the natural foods industry for the last 15 years, including almost 10 years with Community Market. He started out working as a cashier and bulk stocker, but quickly found a home in the Grocery Department where he became a buyer and then manager. He has served on the Product Policy Committee and the Board for much of his time at The Market. After a two year hiatus, Derek returns to the Board to help guide the market to a healthy and sustainable future.

Nica Poznanovich - Vice President/Secretary

Nica Poznanovich has been with Community Market since 2006. After a sabbatical in central America, she has returned as the outreach coordinator and is committed to ensuring the Market will be here for another 35 years. She believes in the market as an honest educational resource and as the best place to find delicious, high quality foods. Her passion and dedication for Community Market is unrelenting and a force to be reckoned with. In her free time she enjoys riding her bicycle, cooking for her family and dancing to David Bowie.

Jess Williams - Treasurer

Jessica Williams has been a proud member of the SRCM team since July of 2006. She began working in the HaBA department as a stocker and cashier, and has since then worked in almost every department at SRCM. Jess currently serves on the Board of Directors as the Board Secretary, and is a devoted Front End Manager. Jess takes pride in ensuring that each and every customer she interacts with receives exceptional customer service, and she does it with lots of smiles!

Dusty Reynolds

Dusty Reynolds excitedly accepted a position at SRCM in July 2009. She is currently the buyer for our perishables department. Dusty is also a Certified Massage Therapist and gives the employees bodywork in exchange for trade with the market. In her free time she loves being in nature with her dog and friends.

Alicia Murguia

Alicia Murguia has been working as a produce stocker since 2007. This is her first time serving on Community Market's Board of Directors.
